What is the most exciting part of your job?
Providing students support before solvable issues turn into crises

My partner. He works to impress (and his work is impressive) and does so with ease.

What is something you find challenging about your work?
The red tape that can sometimes complicate simple tasks

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Working in diversity leadership within an institution of higher education

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
I love to sing, and I have an extensive collection of comic books and action figures.

What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
Go hunting for action figures with my partner

Who do you look up to within Herbert College of Agriculture?
Amber Rayborn. She’s a model advisor for the university.

What’s your least favorite chore around the house?
For no particular reason, I loathe doing the dishes. The unspoken agreement of the house is I take care of the laundry and my partner takes care of the dishes.
